About Joe

Joe Cash was first licensed in 1981 and worked his way up to being one of the top agents in the Metuchen – Edison, New Jersey real estate market. He then took his experience and moved into corporate marketing and sales, becoming an award winning salesperson in real estate publishing and information technology, and later the VP of Marketing & Sales for Embassy Elevator, a successful New York City elevator company. A change in the economy led him back to real estate brokerage in late 2001. Since that time, he has consistently ranked in the top 5% of real estate agents in the local market, including Branchburg, Flemington, Somerset , Hunterdon, Warren, Morris and Middlesex County's.  He has won awards from Century 21, Prudential, RE/MAX, Keller Williams, and the local board of Realtors.

His formula for success is simple: hard work and a very high degree of personalized service. Working with anyone from first time home buyers, seasoned sellers, to real estate investors and REO (foreclosure) sellers and buyers, he understands that each individual has specific needs and always makes certain those needs are fulfilled. With 27 years of experience in real estate ,  and  15 years of corporate marketing and sales, experience Joe has fine-tuned his marketing and negotiation skills, garnering a wealth of knowledge in best practices and procedures to successfully serve his clients.
